"Using your thoughts to change your life and the world"
FOCUSED INTENTION

With so many of our institutions and systems across the nation and the world currently in meltdown, this group provides an opportunity to focus on manifesting what truly matters.

People can share and discuss an individual intention—personal, work-related, issue-related—then examine and clarify the motivations that underlie the presenting need and, if appropriate, ask for group support. Then the group devotes time for each person to practice focusing on their specific intention into the circle.

Members sometimes introduce practices from other traditions or cultures designed to help people resolve "unfinished business" from the past or discover a wise path into the future.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we may start on time

DATE: Third Wednesday of each month. 9/21, 10/19, 11/16, 12/21

TIME: 7 – 9 pm

LOCATION: New York City, Upper West Side

TO JOIN: Call Jane Hughes Gignoux at 212 580-1007 or email janehg4@verizon.net.

Exit Plan

A Workshop - for people who love life

The purpose of this workshop is to stimulate the imagination rather than supply answers. As our individual Life journeys unfold, sooner or later we all come to the Passage we call Death. Some people live in such fear of this passage that they can barely utter the word.

Yet it is our birth-right!

This workshop is an opportunity to prepare for death with the same care and joy that we give to a child's birth, a coming of age ceremony, a wedding or the retirement from a successful career.
EXIT PLAN is designed to gently break through fears and help participants engage with creating a PLAN of how they would like to move towards the EXIT.

What are the essentials that will help you and your loved ones celebrate your Life?

Death stands above me, whispering low
I know not what into my ear;
Of his strange language all I know
Is, there is not a word of fear.
